During a promotion ran by Joe Gibson Promotions, we manage every aspect. This iincludes full accrual accounting. In doing this we are able to report to you at any time the following:

1) Total Sales Amount - By Invoice, Salesperson, Day, Week, etc.
2) Total Dollars Collected - Includes Method of payment (Cash, Check, etc.)
3) Tax Collected
4) Invoice Accountability
5) Margin of Profit - Product Cost Must Be Available

Due to the way most of our promotions run, we report to you at the end of each day we are open for business. We then report a weekly amount and an amount per salesperson at the end of each week. Once the promotion has been completed, we will present you with a total promotion report. This will report the total dollars sold and all above information for the entire event.
